Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager – Heavy Industrial Electrical, Midstream & Power Generation to lead regional projects across industrial electrical, midstream energy, and power generation facilities.

This role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and proven ability to manage multi-project portfolios across North America. You will partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations Leadership, drive financial performance, oversee safety programs, mentor staff, and

Qualifications

10+ years of industrial electrical, Midstream, power generation, utility, energy infrastructure, or heavy industrial construction experience.
Progressive leadership experience managing multiple projects, teams, or geographic territories.
Strong project management, operational, and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead regional operations across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and safety standards.
Support project managers and field leadership through planning, execution, and closeout activities.
Monitor safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and profitability across projects.
Develop execution strategies to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.
Ensure proper allocation of labor, equipment, and resources across active projects.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Estimating, Procurement, Engineering, and Safety.
