This role partners with executive leadership to set strategic goals, align safety and financial performance, and drive operational excellence across multiple markets. The Director will oversee regional teams, manage project execution, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards while supporting decision-making at the highest levels of the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• 15+ years of power utility, industrial, or electrical construction experience
• Proven project management and operational leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional operations to align with strategic vision
• Oversee multi-project, multi-region operations focusing on safety, revenue, margin, and production goals
• Support growth across industrial, energy, and mission-critical markets
• Drive profitability through operational efficiency and resource optimization
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams across operations and project leadership
