Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager – Heavy Industrial Electrical, Midstream & Power Generation to provide operational leadership for multiple regional projects.

You will work with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and operations leadership to ensure safe execution, client satisfaction, and strong financial results across industrial electrical and energy infrastructure markets. Travel is required (~50%), with a focus on compressor stations, pipeline facilities, and power

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial electrical, Midstream, power generation, utility, energy infrastructure, or heavy industrial construction experience.
• Progressive leadership experience managing multiple projects, teams, or geographic territories.
• Strong project management, operational, and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and safety standards.
• Monitor project performance related to safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop execution strategies to drive efficiency and successful outcomes across industrial electrical projects.
