Job summary

Insomnia Cookies seeks a Regional Director of Operations to own performance for 70+ bakeries, driving sales, profitability, and guest experience across the region. You’ll analyze data, act on insights, and lead District and Area Managers to own results with accountability and ownership.

You’ll build a high‑performing leadership team, set clear expectations, coach for growth, and partner with People/Finance to scale operations while maintaining Insomnia’s Always Warm guest experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations with P&L accountability.
• Strong track record leading dispersed teams and driving results.
• Proven ability to translate data into action and plan execution.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L and target delivery across 70+ bakeries.
• Set regional priorities and deploy plans through District/Area Managers.
• Grow sales, optimize labor and costs, and protect guest experience and brand standards.
• Develop leaders, coaching and succession planning across the region.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new programs and initiatives.
