Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to own the performance of 70+ bakeries, accountable for sales, profitability, guest experience, and people results across the region. You’ll run your region like a business you own, knowing the numbers cold and acting on insights before they show up in a report.

You’ll develop leaders, coaching District and Area Managers to operate with ownership, build strong teams, and uphold an Always Warm guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the region's business plan and targets for sales, profitability, labor, COGS, operating income, EBITDA, guest experience, and operations across 70+ bakeries.
• Know the business inside and out using P&Ls, performance data, guest insights, and field observations to drive results.
• Set clear regional priorities and translate company goals into focused plans that District Managers can execute.
