Insomnia Cookies is seeking a District Manager to lead 9-10 stores in the Eastern Burroughs NYC market. You will drive top-line sales, recruitment, training and strategic planning, building diverse teams that know their markets and communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as multi-unit regional manager in food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Ability to hire, develop and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve store financial, operational and customer-service goals.
• Provide expertise on customer service, staffing, store operations and company policies.
• Assist in labor management in conjunction with regional teams.
