Rust-Oleum seeks a dynamic leader to oversee regional installer recruitment, development, and management. You will directly manage the QA Manager and Installation Coordinator, guiding staffing, onboarding, and performance improvement.

The role requires hands-on field work and strong relationship building with installation partners. Qualifications include 5+ years in industrial projects, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

Two or more years of experience in the field.
Five+ years in industrial and commercial projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and planning skills.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

Oversee all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management.
Direct management of QA Manager and Installation Coordinator, including staffing and performance.
Recruit installation resources to meet regional demands, including onboarding.
Spend at least 3 days per week in the field with training and onboarding of partners.
