Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in the field.
- Five+ years in industrial and commercial projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and planning skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management.
- Direct management of QA Manager and Installation Coordinator, including staffing and performance.
- Recruit installation resources to meet regional demands, including onboarding.
- Spend at least 3 days per week in the field with training and onboarding of partners.
