Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, including The Standard, The Shoreline, and Village at Mayfield in the Cleveland market. This role requires regular travel to Bear Run Village and Apartments at River View in the Pittsburgh area.

You will drive occupancy, operational excellence, and team success by guiding on-site staff, auditing leasing processes, and coordinating with marketing and accounts payable.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience required.
• ARM, CAM or NALP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site teams with training and operational guidance.
• Audit leasing, lead management, and compliance processes.
• Assist with occupancy goals and leasing performance.
• Review commission reports, accounts payable, and property operations.
• Support marketing, social media, and special projects.
• Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support resident satisfaction.
• Travel throughout the portfolio to provide hands-on support.
