Job summary

Berger Communities is hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania. This role drives occupancy, operational excellence, and team success in the Cleveland market.

You will partner with the Regional Property Manager to train on-site teams, audit leasing, review reports, and ensure policy compliance while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ARM, CAM, or NALP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit leasing, lead management, and compliance processes.
• Assist with occupancy goals and leasing performance.
• Review commission reports, accounts payable, and property operations.

Berger Communities is hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, including The Standard, The Shoreline, and Village at Mayfield in the Cleveland market, with limited travel to support Bear Run Village and Apartments at River View in the Pittsburgh area. This role is perfect for an experienced property management professional who is passionate about operations, training, process improvement, and supporting on-site teams.

You'll work closely with the Regional Property Manager and community teams to drive occupancy, improve operational performance, support training initiatives, and ensure company policies and procedures are executed consistently. • $65,000-$72,000/annually, paid biweekly, plus:
• $100 leasing commission per lease signed
• $1,000 Sign-on bonus

Location: Based primarily in the Cleveland and Mayfield, Ohio markets, with occasional travel to the Pittsburgh area as needed.

Type: Full-time.

Schedule: Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular travel throughout the region is required.
