Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, with travel to support Pittsburgh-area properties as needed. You will drive occupancy, improve operations, and back on-site teams with training efforts.

Based in the Cleveland region, this role requires at least two years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

Berger Communities is hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, including The Standard, The Shoreline, and Village at Mayfield in the Cleveland market, with limited travel to support Bear Run Village and Apartments at River View in the Pittsburgh area. This role is perfect for an experienced property management professional who is passionate about operations, training, process improvement, and supporting on-site teams.

You’ll work closely with the Regional Property Manager and community teams to drive occupancy, improve operational performance, support training initiatives, and ensure company policies and procedures are executed consistently. • $65,000-$72,000/annually, paid biweekly, plus:
• $100 leasing commission per lease signed
• $1,000 Sign-on bonus

Location

Based primarily in the Cleveland and Mayfield, Ohio markets, with occasional travel to the Pittsburgh area as needed.

Schedule

Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular travel throughout the region is required.
