Berger Communities in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a driven Community Manager for Bear Run Apartments to lead operations, build a strong onsite team, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You’ll own budgeting, leasing goals, occupancy, and capital planning while fostering a welcoming culture, top-notch service, and community pride. This role offers a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a path to grow with a people-first company.

Competenze

• Property management or multifamily housing experience.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong leasing, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software is a plus.
• A positive, team-oriented leader who takes ownership and pride in their community.

• Manage the overall financial performance of the community.
• Set and achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing onsite team.
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning.
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle, from prospect to renewal.
• Ensure rent collection and manage delinquency and legal processes as needed.
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal, apartment readiness, and community standards.
• Stay informed on the Cleveland multifamily market and competitive properties.
• Create a positive resident experience through strong customer service and community engagement.
• Drive leasing success through marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and resident referral programs.
