Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, including The Standard, The Shoreline, and Village at Mayfield in the Cleveland market. This role requires regular travel to Bear Run Village and Apartments at River View in the Pittsburgh area.

You will drive occupancy, operational excellence, and team success by guiding on-site staff, auditing leasing processes, and coordinating with marketing and accounts payable.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience required.
• ARM, CAM or NALP designation preferred.

Berger Communities is hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, including The Standard, The Shoreline, and Village at Mayfield in the Cleveland market, with limited travel to support Bear Run Village and Apartments at River View in the Pittsburgh area. This role is perfect for an experienced property management professional who is passionate about operations, training, process improvement, and supporting on-site teams.

Pay & Benefits

• $65,000-$72,000/annually, paid biweekly, plus:
  • $100 leasing commission per lease signed

Location

Based primarily in the Cleveland and Mayfield, Ohio markets, with occasional travel to the Pittsburgh area as needed.

Schedule

Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular travel throughout the region is required.

Minimum Experience

Two years of property management experience required. High Schol Diploma or GED required. ARM, CAM, or NALP designation preferred.
