Berger Communities in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a driven Community Manager for Bear Run Apartments to lead operations, build a strong onsite team, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Competenze

• Property management or multifamily housing experience.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team.

Community Manager Berger Communities is hiring a Community Manager for Bear Run Apartments in Pittsburgh, PA. Pay & Benefits

• $73,000-$76,000/annually, paid biweekly, plus:
• Up to 20% annual bonus
• Monthly renewal & occupancy bonuses
• Leasing commissions
