Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations to manage a field team across Southern Arizona, with base near Tucson. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and design services, while ensuring safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of telecom team management experience.
• Experience in a union environment and strong coaching/mentoring skills.
• Proficient with Excel, email, Word and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Century Link and Contractors.
• Lead training, coaching and development to improve processes and quality standards.
• Direct a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance targets.
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win‑win working relationship.
