You will build a rolling 0–12+ week book of work, coordinate with field crews, and drive efficiency by optimizing resource use while meeting customer and regulatory dates. A bachelor's degree and 5 years in operations or scheduling are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5 years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or other operations.
• Scheduling/utility planning experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan a multi-week region/functional/commodity-wide work schedule based on demand, priorities, resources, and permitting requirements.
• Manage personnel, equipment, and material resources over a multi-week timeframe and optimize cost, safety and adherence.
• Analyze scheduling performance to forecast resource utilization and propose improvements; lead monthly regional metric reviews.
• Ensure compliance work is scheduled within required timeframes and tasks are correctly assigned.
• Communicate with local supervisors and partners to maximize productivity and meet customer/date targets.
• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining adherence to scheduling processes.
