Job summary

Downing USA is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead branch operations, coordinate rentals and product sales with customers and the sales team, and oversee administrative and equipment logistics. This role requires a strong focus on process, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate should have 5+ years coordinating rentals/sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with industry standards. Travel and occasional evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating rentals and/or sales.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with API Q1, API 6A, AWS D1, OSHA and ISO quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals and sales activities with customers and the sales team.
• Maintain information files and process paperwork.
• Oversee branch transactions and equipment logistics.
• Provide weekly progress reports to branch manager and controller.
• Schedule staff and manage time off, vacation, and yard operations.
• Travel as necessary with a valid driver’s license.
