Job summary

Downing USA is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead branch operations, coordinate rentals and sales, and drive proposal development from start to finish. This role works with leadership to set goals and ensure compliance with quality standards.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with coordinating schedules, travel, and paperwork. Some travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating rentals and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business for rentals and product sales.
• Coordinate staff schedules and travel arrangements as needed.
• Oversee branch paperwork and asset tracking.
• Provide weekly progress reports to branch manager and controller.
• Coordinate equipment movement to/from locations and generate contracts.
