Rust-Oleum is seeking an Industrial Specialist for the Midwest Zone to drive sales of industrial products to MRO accounts, OEMs, and professional painters in a multi-state territory. This field-based role requires travel and a home-based office within the territory; preferred locations include Louisville, KY, Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, product demonstrations, and collaboration with internal teams to meet commitments and deadlines.

Competenze

• 1 - 3 years of paint & coatings outside sales experience preferred.
• NACE Level I or II certification or other industry certifications preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Prospecting for new business and supporting existing accounts to grow sales in Industrial, MRO, OEM and Protective Marine segments.
• Collect territory data and estimate customer potential.
• Develop strategies to grow business with customers and identify items requiring attention.
• Develop weekly selling plan and conduct sales calls; document in Weekly Call Reports.
• Conduct product demos and support customer applications.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to identify opportunities and present new products.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure satisfaction and pricing.
• Manage territory expense budgets and achieve quarterly sales and margin targets.
