Crew2 is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance targets for Installation teams and Production Managers. You will guide managers, implement business plans, and focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across the region.

Requires strong leadership, 5+ years in related roles, and knowledge of construction; Bachelor’s preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily operations of assigned product lines.
• Manage budgets and exceed Profit and Loss targets.
• Improve NOI and gross margins across regions.
• Develop and deliver business plans aligned to objectives.
• Lead accountability on revenue, profit, cash, customer & employee satisfaction.
• Build and lead installation teams including labor, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Recruit, hire, and train Production Managers.
• Develop relationships with retailers/consumers to grow revenue.
• Exceed Home Depot customer targets and PAR growth with Commercial Department.
• Ensure compliance with SPRG and ethics guidelines.
• Participate in meetings with COO and leadership; train and support managers.
