Job summary

CBRE Operations Management is seeking an experienced manager to supervise a team responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for a regional client base. The role emphasizes staff development, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.

You will lead daily activities, ensure schedules are met, and drive data-driven improvements in revenue and expenses while maintaining compliance with regulations and CBRE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, set deadlines.
• Prepare ad hoc data reports for revenue, expenses, and other business metrics. Evaluate trends to identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Manage monthly forecasting for assigned clients or regions.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, licensing, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain data integrity across systems used by the team.
