Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, evaluations, coaching, and recruitment.
• Oversee daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Implement strategic objectives, drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to align goals.
• Ensure high-quality client service and address issues promptly.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Lead meetings with senior management and clients to review goals.
• Develop short and long-term plans and coordinate with sales/marketing.
• Identify challenges and report on KPIs and ROI.
• Model CBRE RISE values and drive process improvements.
