Job summary

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is seeking a hands-on Area Operations Manager for our valet trash services. You will oversee a district, manage hourly teams, and build client relationships while traveling between properties.

The role requires evening and weekend availability and full-time commitment. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong scheduling and payroll oversight, and the ability to cover routes when needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising hourly or part-time employees.
• Experience handling scheduling and attendance issues, coaching staff, and addressing customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train part-time trash collection staff.
• Set expectations for attendance, safety, service quality, and communication.
• Coach staff, recognize performance, and address issues promptly.
• Build backup coverage plans to meet service demand.
