Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking a District Supervisor to oversee nightly valet trash collection and daily operations at apartment communities in the assigned district. The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to recruit and train Service Valets while maintaining excellent relationships with property managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly valet trash collection at apartment communities and daily operations.
• Supervise part-time Service Valets and coordinate nightly coverage.
• Conduct regular property inspections (every 30–45 days) for service compliance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new Service Valets.
• Build relationships with property management through regular visits and clear communication.
• Deliver reports to property managers to ensure service transparency.
