Community Concierge Services (CCS) is seeking a District Operations Manager to lead a district in Columbia, SC. You will supervise hourly teams, manage client relationships, and ensure service quality for seven days a week.

The role combines evening field leadership with daytime recruiting, payroll, and administrative work. Requirements include experience supervising hourly staff, willingness to travel, and strong scheduling and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly or part‑time employees.
• Willing to travel between properties and to neighboring markets.
• Ability to arrange coverage for call-offs and cover routes when needed.
• Comfort with physical fieldwork and outdoor work.
• Strong scheduling, payroll, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and support a dependable team through recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Own nightly service execution and respond to call-offs or interruptions.
• Manage client relationships with property managers and coordination of reporting.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment distribution, and launches for new communities.
