You will optimize asset utilization, manage capital investments, and drive cost‑effective production, distribution, and cylinder maintenance while developing staff and coordinating regional acquisitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Preferred 1–3 years in gas production or distribution.
Strong knowledge of safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Experience in asset management and cost control.

Responsibilities

Ensure branch locations operate in compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Lead operations to meet customer service, quality, productivity, and delivery expectations.
Train, coach, and mentor managers and staff on safety, production, and distribution best practices.
Optimize asset utilization of cylinders, vehicles, and equipment; recommend capital investments.
Oversee maintenance programs for vehicles, equipment, facilities, and buildings.
Assist with annual budgets and monitor performance against plans.
