Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson seeks a results-driven operations professional to support and enforce safety, governmental, and company procedures while meeting operational goals. This role focuses on efficient cylinder and vehicle asset use, cost optimization, and capital investment oversight across the region.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in gas production or distribution with supervisory experience and strong regulatory knowledge. OEM and safety standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field required.
• 1-3 years experience in a gas production or distribution environment with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, NFPA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch locations operate in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Train and guide staff in safety, production, and distribution techniques.
• Optimize asset utilization and manage capital investments.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
• Participate in location planning and financial management to control costs.
