Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking a site/branch operations leader in Santa Rosa, CA to oversee safety, staffing, and customer service while coordinating with Sales and Supply Chain teams. The role drives packaging gas and welding product sales, cylinder production, and distribution.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of operations experience, a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and training in safety/compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of related site/branch operations experience, preferably in industrial gas or a similar field.
• Valid Driver's License and hazardous materials training.
• Hands-on understanding of gas production, distribution, and related equipment.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing practices.
• Training in Safety and Compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA).

Responsibilities

• Leads the local team to manage safety/compliance performance and sales activities for packaged gas and welding products.
• Oversees cylinder production, distribution, and customer service in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain.
• Defines problems, collects data, and ensures effective operations within a matrix environment.
