Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking an ASU Assistant Plant Manager to lead production, safety and reliability in its air separation facility. You will manage on-call duties, coordinate daily planning, and drive cost-efficient, compliant operations.

The role requires 7-9 years of engineering/manufacturing experience in an industrial air separation environment, with strong leadership and hands-on maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in industrial field plus 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with preference for Reliability Maintenance, Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• On-Call duties to cover for vacation, illness and absences.
• Strong safety leadership and risk assessment.
