Staffmark is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to support multiple branches and on-site programs across a defined geographic area in Tennessee. You will build strong relationships with regional and field leaders, resolve day-to-day issues, and lead training on new technology and systems while developing recruiting strategies for the region.

As a regional leader, you will monitor performance, drive guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience managing teams and resolving complex issues.
• Strong communication, organization and decision-making skills are required.

Mansioni

• Define policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Monitors recruitment metrics and provides tools/support to recruit and onboard staff.
• Analyze turnover data and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead weekly operational calls with Recruiting Manager and Onsite Managers.
• Develop and coach employees to meet business needs and performance standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the region.
