Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead six branches including Seattle, Spokane, Chehalis, Pasco, Portland, and Boise.

You will drive regional profitability, safety, asset readiness, and customer satisfaction while upholding company standards. As a senior operations leader, you will partner with Sales, Fleet & Facilities, Quality Control, Procurement, Safety, and People Operations to enable growth and continuous improvement

• Provide leadership across six branches in the Pacific Northwest.

• Lead regional reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Manage profitability, safety, asset readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fleet & Facilities, Quality Control, and Safety to drive growth.
