Job summary

Harrington is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a culture of continuous improvement. Assigned locations include Portland, Seattle, and Spokane, with collaboration across regional sales, RBOMs, and site leaders to drive results.

Qualifications

5+ years of operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver's license; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Support regional leadership in meeting operational and financial goals.
Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee warehouse leaders to maintain inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely deliveries.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory, vendor partnerships, and freight efficiency.
Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend ERP/system enhancements.
Train, coach, and develop teams to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
