Job summary

Harrington seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations, including Portland, Seattle and Spokane, driving profitability and continuous improvement.

You will manage P&L targets, optimize warehouse performance, develop high‑performing teams, and partner with Regional Sales Managers and site leaders to deliver results for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional leadership in meeting operational and financial goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee warehouse leaders to maintain inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory, vendor partnerships, and freight efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend ERP/system enhancements.
• Train, coach, and develop teams to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
