Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational success across the region, from achieving P&L targets to improving warehouse performance and developing high-performing teams. You'll work closely with Regional Sales Managers, RBOMs, and site leaders to deliver exceptional results for both our customers and the business.

Assigned Locations: Portland, Seattle and Spokane
