Job summary

National Construction Rental Inc is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple Seattle regional offices and drive growth. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.

You will lead a team, develop operational strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT while achieving profitability. Travel may be required to support regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in regional management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of multiple regional offices to achieve business objectives and financial goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Directly supervise employees to optimize task completion and operational efficiency.
• Interview, hire, train, and motivate staff to achieve team goals and build a positive work culture.
• Coach, discipline, and resolve employee issues in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain documentation of all transactions using updated tools and systems.
• Serve as primary contact between regional offices and corporate headquarters.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations to maintain a safe work area.
