Job summary

Radley Staffing, LLC. seeks a hands-on Regional Operations Manager to maximize sales and profitability across three Dallas–Fort Worth locations. Based in Dallas, you will oversee Account Executives and Business Development Managers, travel across the DFW area, and drive growth and client retention.

You will coach teams, optimize branch operations, and lead strategic initiatives to expand opportunities while maintaining a high-performance culture across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years in staffing with multi-location oversight.
Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet sales goals.
Strong understanding of P&L, revenue growth, and client retention.
Willingness to travel between Houston-area branches and client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Monitor branch P&L and act to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and coach high-performing teams.
Lead daily branch operations and ensure process compliance.
Drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
