Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Regional Partner to oversee operations across multiple restaurants in a designated region, driving hospitality standards, profitability, and sustained performance. You will coach General Managers, develop leaders, and ensure brand execution aligns with CPK’s ROCK philosophy.

You will partner with RSC and field leadership to optimize labor, food quality, guest experience, and safety while upholding company policies and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality, food safety, labor management, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and hold leaders accountable for performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal steward of brand standards across the region and ensure consistent guest and employee experiences.
• Lead coaching, recognition, and accountability to drive restaurant execution and leadership effectiveness.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain restaurant leaders through performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the region.
• Manage forecasting, labor scheduling, inventory, and operational readiness to meet sales plans.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and safety standards are maintained across the region.
