You will motivate staff, uphold CPK's culture, and ensure smooth daily operations. As a key part of our leadership, you will manage hospitality and culinary execution, drive sales and labor budgets, forecast needs, and mentor talent across the team to promote from within and sustain exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Minimum two years FOH management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Passionate about execution, hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a phenomenal guest experience.
• Leading and inspiring the team with a people-first mentality.
• Building a team around hospitality and culinary execution and developing top talent.
• Building sales, profitability, and guest counts.
• Managing the P&L for the restaurant.
• Forecasting labor expenditures, preparing budgets and analyzing variances.
