Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Front-of-House General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Richmond, VA. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach a diverse team, and uphold CPK's culture of hospitality and excellence.

You will own the P&L, forecast labor, ensure sanitation, and push for sales growth while delivering an outstanding guest experience. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
• Passionate about execution, hospitality and service.

• Utilizing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees, guests, suppliers and senior management.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by sanitation standards and procedures.
