Fresh Kitchen in Fort Myers is seeking a Regional Partner to lead a growing portfolio of restaurants. You will develop Managing Partners, coach leaders, and ensure the fundamentals are executed consistently across the region.

This role requires strong multi-unit leadership, a passion for people development, and the ability to blend operational excellence with community engagement as FK expands into new markets.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Proficiency with restaurant technology, scheduling, inventory, reporting, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing portfolio of Fresh Kitchen restaurants and develop Managing Partners.
• Coach Managing Partners to build teams, implement standards, and drive sales in their region.
• Drive community engagement, grassroots marketing, and local partnerships.
• Balance financial discipline with people and guest experience priorities.
• Ensure restaurants deliver great food, hospitality, speed, and cleanliness.
