California Pizza Kitchen is seeking an experienced Front of House (FOH) Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting. You will lead a hospitality-driven team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage daily operations, and drive sales and profitability with a people-first approach.

The role includes budget awareness, labor planning, and cross-training to foster growth and excellence while upholding CPK's culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
• Passion for execution, hospitality and service.
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs.
