Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen in the United States seeks a people-first Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume team. You will hire, train, and mentor staff, deliver a phenomenal guest experience, and uphold CPK's ROCKS philosophy.

You will oversee hospitality and culinary execution, build sales and guest counts, manage P&L, forecast labor and budgets, and ensure sanitation standards while guiding a culture of respect and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a phenomenal guest experience and lead with a people-first mentality.
• Build sales, profitability, and guest counts while developing top talent.
• Manage the P&L for the restaurant and forecast labor expenditures and budgets for better performance.
