Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations across 4–7 car wash locations, driving performance, safety, and guest experience. You will coach Site Managers, own the regional P&L, and execute company strategy in the field with heavy travel.

You will oversee audits, use KPIs to drive decisions, and build a strong leadership pipeline while maintaining OSHA and safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site leadership in retail/hospitality/service operations.
• Proven track record developing Site Managers and ASMs.
• Financial accountability: owns EBITDA and explains variances.
• Audits sites, identifies gaps, and implements correction plans.
• Strong communication with frontline teams and senior leadership.
• Experience supporting new store openings or acquisitions is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus in relevant markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 4–7 locations, ensuring service, safety, and profitability.
• Coach and develop Site Managers and ASMs to run their venues independently.
• Own the P&L including labor and operating expenses; monitor EBITDA.
• Conduct structured site visits and audits to drive improvements.
• Translate data and KPIs into actionable regional decisions.
• Build leadership depth and lead store openings or changes.
