Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager who will own site performance, from staffing and customer experience to financial results. You will lead a high-energy team, set the tone, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will manage daily execution, coach staff, and ensure safety compliance while delivering a standout customer experience and strong site metrics. Florida leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the service industry preferred.
• Experience developing teams and succession planning is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of labor, revenue and cost drivers.
• Comfortable with data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols in a service setting.

Responsibilities

• Run the business — lead day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, performance, and execution to deliver a high-performing site.
• Build and lead a winning team — hire, train, coach, and develop your team to perform at a high level and grow within EL.
• Deliver a standout customer experience — set the standard for fast, friendly, and flawless service, resolving concerns quickly.
• Build collaborative culture — foster teamwork, manage conflicts constructively, and uphold standards across the site.
• Drive performance and results — own sales, labor, and operational metrics; analyze data and take proactive action.
• Lead with safety and compliance — enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Own equipment and uptime — maintain equipment, minimize downtime, and ensure reliable operations.
• Use data to lead — analyze reports and financials to guide continuous improvement.
