Job summary

ModWash is seeking a District Manager to standardize operations across multiple car wash locations, driving performance through proven processes and a committed leadership team. You will work with General Managers to optimize daily activities and deliver strong guest experiences.

The role requires 6+ years in leadership, multi-site management, and the ability to travel frequently. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, manage budgets, and uphold safety and brand standards while delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 6+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in multi-unit management; car wash experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of all assigned locations.
• Lead and motivate General Managers to achieve site wins and goals.
• Analyze budgets, schedules, membership sales, and retention goals with Regional Director.
• Recruit and hire with Talent Acquisition Team.
• Visit each site weekly for performance reviews and coaching.
• Develop talent through career path and mentorship.
• Manage financial results and daily operations.
• Maintain a positive image of the organization with staff and customers.
• Ensure safety compliance and oversee scheduling and discipline.
