Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Site General Manager to own and operate a car wash location with regional and central support. You will oversee staff, facilities, equipment, inventory, marketing, and safety to deliver a convenient, exceptional car wash experience.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop a team aligned with our standards, drive sales, and address customer concerns while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a management role in a service business.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive sales growth and improve operations.

Responsibilities
