El Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead our operations, focusing on team development, customer experience, and financial results. You will set the tone, drive performance, and uphold safety standards to deliver a high-performing site.

You will own staffing, scheduling, and daily execution while building a culture of excellence and accountability. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a service industry.
• Strong talent developer who builds people up and creates succession depth.
• Financial literacy with understanding of labor, revenue and cost drivers.
• Operationally excellent with emphasis on speed, safety, quality and efficiency.
• Comfortable being the decision-maker when issues arise.
• Culture builder who addresses conflict directly and constructively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
• Knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance and safety practices or willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

• Run the business and lead day-to-day operations to deliver a high-performing site.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop your team to grow within EL.
• Set standards for fast, friendly, flawless service and resolve issues quickly.
• Create a collaborative culture where the team works together and handles conflict constructively.
• Own sales, labor, and operational metrics and take action on variances.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for customers and team.
• Maintain equipment and uptime to ensure reliable operation.
• Use reports and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
