Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Site General Manager to essentially own and operate a car wash, with regional and central support. You will manage all facets of the site—facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service and safety—and build a high-performing team aligned to our values.

You’ll hire, train and coach staff, drive customer service excellence, and address claims to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience. Leadership and financial results are key to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 2 years of management experience in a service-related business.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all aspects of operating the car wash.
• Lead facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service and safety.
• Hire, train, coach, manage and develop a team in line with our standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
• Address customer claims promptly while maintaining quality experience.
