Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics focused on early intervention and play-based ABA. The Market Operations Director will lead multi-site operations, drive financial performance, and support clinical alignment with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have healthcare operations experience, strong leadership, and a track record of developing teams while maintaining high standards of client care and staff satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in healthcare/therapy.
• Strong grasp of financial metrics including P&L and KPIs.
• Proven leadership and team management with coaching experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across organization levels.
• High organization, attention to detail, and ability to balance priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial performance across designated territory, including P&L and EBITDA targets.
• Manage Center Operations Directors, Specialists, and Scheduling Manager; ensure ops excellence.
• Foster positive culture, staff engagement, and client satisfaction across centers.
• Collaborate with executive and local leadership to drive strategic growth and resolve challenges.
