Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a related field is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and implement contractual requirements.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership of multiple managers and teams.
• Experience designing and managing department budgets and financial controls.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing operating programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team delivering contracted services with hands-on operations management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the site to ensure satisfaction.
• Builds and guides a management team capable of achieving objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth.
• Partners with Finance to manage budgets and improve financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
• Upholds Aramark standards of operation and safety policies.
