Job summary

Aramark seeks a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client generating significant revenue. The role requires leadership of a team, strong financial acumen, and a focus on safety and client objectives.

The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth across facilities, food service, and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level education in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred.
• Proven ability leading via other managers.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management.
• Manages client/community relationships at the location and drives customer satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of achieving organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contractual obligations.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and improve financial performance and productivity.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark standards.
